1.A handover list, including transit channel, waybill number, express type, weight, number of pieces, destination country, payment method, etc. The handover list should be marked with the company code and stamped with the company's business seal;
2.For parcel goods, three copies of commercial invoices or proforma invoices starting with the sender's company name should be provided. The invoice should have information such as the sender, the recipient, the English product name, the quantity, the country of origin, the unit price, the total price, the invoice number, etc., and sign or seal. If there is no invoice or the invoice content is incomplete, the international has the right to request an invoice for the withheld shipment;
3.If no invoice is provided at the time of sending, and Zengzhi Logistics believes that the item is small and the value is low, it will be deemed to agree to be declared by Zengzhi International Agent.
Precautions for international leased lines
1.Customs fastener inspection
U.S. special line: the declared value is greater than USD200, which may incur tariffs, and the recipient must provide customs clearance authorization within 10 days of the arrival of the goods, otherwise the express mail will be transferred to the supervision warehouse and incur a monthly fee of not less than USD300;
India Line: All shipments that are required to be detained and inspected by local customs require authorization from the recipient before customs clearance can begin. Rs.45 per day from the day of arrival of the goods;
South Africa special line: customs clearance time is long, the declared value of USD60 or more and electronic products of high-value goods will be detained for inspection, must provide commercial invoices. Pairs of finished shoes will not be accepted, and must be perforated or cut;
Bangladesh Line: All packages must be cleared by the recipient himself or authorized to confirm the customs clearance fee service provider can clear customs on behalf of the recipient, and import duties will be incurred.
2.Tax exemption certificate
Thailand, Malaysia: If the recipient holds a duty-free certificate and needs to apply for duty-free import, it must be clearly indicated on the delivery list (preferably on the waybill at the same time) and clearly notify our customer service staff before shipment, so as to notify the local arrangement of relevant matters.
3.Free trade zone
Malaysia special line: can only be arranged by the customs for special car delivery, which will incur additional costs;
UAE special line: JebelAliFreeZone, DubaiAirportFreeZone, etc. must be accompanied by the original invoice with the sender's letterhead and stamp, and for packages of more than 10KG, a fee of 20AED (about RMB40) will be charged to purchase the bill of lading certificate before delivery (there is no private parcel delivery service in the UAE free trade zone). |
